I have had an amazing experience the last few times I have visited the Laya Center. I go in for infrared sauna sessions to help with a chronic illness from which I suffer. I am always greeted by staff upon my arrival and after my very first visit, I've been greeted by my first name. Typically, Melanie guides me through my sessions. She is always kind and helpful. She checks in on me after a few minutes to make sure that I am comfortable and then lets me settle in to my session in the sauna pod. The facility is clean and welcoming with gentle lighting and the subtle smell of essential oils. There is a comfortable seating area in which to wait, complete with tea samples and/or optional for-purchase full-size drinks. You are offered a robe and non-slip shoes for each visit. There are lockers to place your personal items during your session. There is also a parking lot on the south side of the building that has plenty of parking - it has never been an issue. I purchased their holiday package of 5 sauna sessions for 40% off. Honestly, I probably couldn't afford the sessions at full price, but I felt the package offered around the holidays was reasonable.

This place is amazing. This is where I go to get massages, recently I've tried other services & all have been wonderful. The sweet treats, vegan cheeses, & drinks are very tasty & delicious! The atmosphere is laid back, welcoming, & relaxing. Everytime I'm in the vicinity I stop in to get myself a treat (candle, book, drink, etc.)The staff are wonderful as well!

This is my second massage here and both visits were incredible! My first massage was with Angela and today I got a prenatal massage with Tiffany. Both therapists are amazing, knowledgeable, and sweet! The vibe of the main lobby is also very planty and relaxing. This is just what I needed at 31 weeks pregnant. I can’t wait to book again. Thank you for my amazing experience!

This was my first time here. The staff the environment was so relaxing. I even had a tea ( The blacker the berry) it was really good. My massage therapist was really in tune with my body, I love how she took time with my body. I was so relaxed and comfortable with her. I truly recommend this place rather it is just for a cup of tea, massage or shop for their products

5/5 everything here was great. Tiffany gave me one of the best massages I’ve received. I had a cookie and tea that both were extremely delicious. They also have a ton of great retail, all the self care you could dream of. I could spend my whole check in this place. Will definitely be back.
