I called Polestar asking for help with our sump pump. They asked me to send pictures and their manager Danny would review. They called back a few minutes later and recommended a brand new sump pump, in stock, would be installed, etc. 48 hours later I came home from work to my sump pump spewing water. Pipes/connectors separated, water gushing. And now we’re sitting here, waiting for a senior technician to evaluate. Irritated, confused, feeling scammed. UPDATE: Anthony returned and was able to fix the problem. They tested the new connector several times and apologized for the inconvenience. We appreciate their quick and thorough follow up to make it right.

Cade from Polestar completed the annual inspection and system review today. To say he was fabulous would be an understatement. He was highly competent, very efficient and quite thorough. He checked every component to ensure it was working properly and patiently answered every question we had for him. Besides his obvious skills, he was just a nice guy with whom to work. Polestar continues to hit them out of the proverbial park!

Everyone at Polestar was so great, patient, and helpful. They fixed everything in one day and explained what they were doing. They had to move my grandma's china out of the way to get to the water shut off valve, and when the second guy showed up to finish up the specialized work and was putting the totes back - he already knew about her china! So their team communication is apparently amazing as well. Very appreciative!
