All aspects of the maintenance plan are great. Timely appointments, on time visits and thorough work is always done in a neat and orderly fashion.
Today, specifically, Kenneth took great care and time going through the details with me while educating me to the extent that I asked. If I were able, I’d ask for Kenneth to be our service technician all the time. He is polite, personable, very knowledgeable.
My mom used Neil Harris for a very long time. I’m glad that we have pursued the maintenance plan.

On the Advantage plan for my water heater, Mark Gordon and his trainee sidekick Mac arrived promptly and did the inspection and asked if I had any other plumbing issues. I had a couple of issues in my upstairs bathroom that they took care of very capably following a trip to get parts. They suggested a new main shut off valve and a pressure regulator which sounded like a good idea to me.
I'm so grateful for the work they did and their suggestions to improve my system overall. Mark and Mac are fine plumbing techs that communicate really well and left me feeling my plumbing needs were well cared for. They worked well together and handled everything in a tidy fashion.

We invested in a new a/c system last year, which came with quarterly maintenance. Since it was due, we had them come out and make sure we're ready for hot weather. Conner McGinnis was our tech this time around. He was friendly and personable, explaining what he was doing. He didn't dawdle and was done in a good time, even making sure to hose off the heat pump outside.
Overall we've been very impressed with the service and equipment. I recommend Neal Harris for your heating and cooling needs.

I originally made an appointment for a routine maintenance check.
My heating and air conditioning system is 18 years old and works fine, but it is time to replace.
Zach Walden and his technician were very honest, professional, and knowledgeable.
They even repaired a hole in the flute that was leaking carbon monoxide, which I had no idea was there.
They answered all my questions.
They had a very good promotion with good financing options, so I decided to get the work done now rather than waiting.
All the workmen were very professional and courteous. The technicians came out the next morning and completed the job in a timely fashion.
I'm very pleased.

Since I’ve invested in a new A/C system, my bills have gone down and my house stays nice no matter the weather outside. Conner was my technician this time. He was very friendly, and did my system health check up in no time. He explained everything he did, and was even kind enough to clean off spiders and debris from the equipment outside.
Overall we've been very happy with Neal Harris and highly recommend them!
