From my initial phone call asking for a quote appointment with the girls who answer the phones to Nate who came and diagnosed our furnace issues we had a great experience and an impression that gave us confidence to move forward with replacing our furnace and AC units. The install guys were quick and tidy and they were well versed in explaining our new systems to us. We’ve worked with other local companies before but we won’t be working with any others moving forward the whole team at Climate Control was awesome!
This week we have had climate control plumbing (Keith) and HVAC (Justin) out for our spring maintenance. Both were absolutely wonderful. Keith is always so friendly, remembers us and always makes sure there is nothing else needed while here. Justin went above and beyond to make sure our system stays running effectively, offer us additional services needed and answered all of our questions patiently. He spent so much time caring for our system and never seemed bothered by my 2 year old constantly bothering him. Even the girl when I call is always friendly, patient and never makes me feel rushed. I wouldn’t trust our system to anyone else.
I realized early in the morning that my furnace wasn’t kicking on, so I called Climate control. I have always use them for yearly maintenance. Well, they work me in right away between two other appointments of mine. Amazing. They , found the issues at hand and got them repaired all in the same day. My technician, Julian did a great job. I am happy to recommend them.
Donaldo Mendoza is an incredible person! Knowledge, Charismatic, kind, and made the process of servicing our water heater easy, and informative. He went an above and beyond by helping explain to a new homeowner how best to maintain our equipment, and what to lookout for. If I ever need and plumbing assistance again I WILL be calling and asking for Donaldo again! Thank You!! 11/10 should recommend!!
Climate Control came out today and replaced my water heater and serviced my air conditioner. Brently Palmer and Dexter did a great job and explained all of my options to me. They were very thorough and cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely have Climate Control come back out when I need them!
