I scheduled an A/C tune up on my 5 year old system. He did some checks and gave me an estimate for $3,000 worth of repairs, on sale from $4,000. I sent him on his way and immediately called a friend trained in HVAC. He took one listen to the system and said the motor is fine. We then took the covers off the unit and this is what it looked like after the Hamilton tech had “cleaned” the unit. I’m not impressed.

The technician, Ryan, was very polite and went about his work very professionally. My only reason for the 4-star review was the fact that I had absolutely no communication from Hamilton leading up to my appointment. Ryan showed up on-time, but I was surprised I never heard from Hamilton ahead of time.
