Larry was great! He was clearly very knowledgeable and also very pleasant. It’s very nice to know that I can trust Air Care to take care of us and to not sell us things we don’t need! I will most definitely use them when the old water heater kicks the dust!

We just had a new furnace and A/C system installed by Air Care.
The initial contact with Shane was a great experience. He gave us many options, answered questions and provided great customer service.
When the technicians Andrew and Ivan came to install the system, they were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They got to work and kept us update on the status throughout the process. They explained what they were doing, had done and how to use the new thermostat. They cleaned up after the work was complete and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I will definitely recommend Air Care. Thank you!!

Mitsubishi contacted this company for me for my 4year old mini split that has never worked quietly. This company provided such EXCELLENT service—Larry Donnici—was the service tech. I had at least 4 prior companies—including AB May and MVP service this unit—and none resolved the 85db noise problem until I had service with Air Care. They found a broken ball bearing that none of the previous companies had—and even checked the warranty and got the part covered by Mitsubishi. Wonderful service. Josh in the office is also great. Extremely considerate of the homeowner. Thank you Air Care
