    I will give them zero stars if I could I called a tech to come out to fix a leak he couldn't find the source of the leak he pulled up the toilet and left the toilet up saying someone else is going to come out and take pictures to find out where water is coming from. Water got all over my basement and my bedroom. Camera tech was supposed to come and never showed and also the plumber was supposed to come back and never came back and I've called several times to find out what happened and I keep getting the runaround We have a home warranty with A.B May but once the home warranty is expired we will not be renewing it. VERY Disappointed with the service that my husband and I received today from AB May now we are going have to try to find somebody else to put the toilet back where it belongs and fix the leak/back up

    Had a great first experience with AB May. Brian Lawrence came over, quickly troubleshooted the issue with my washing machine. Unfortunately parts would need to be ordered in through official sourcing channels so I'm going to take the repairs on myself as I need my wash fixed in a shorter window. But had a quick and efficient call after business hours on Monday afternoon and got someone out next day to look at the issue. Flat fee of $89 for the initial triage, and prices clearly laid out for what follow-up parts and install would be. Would recommend for quick and efficient troubleshooting and follow-up service for appliances.

    Mr. HP Stephens, showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions and took time to explain the process. Would Highly recommend him.

    *Update/new issue: Service 2/15/24 Leaky Faucet* Welp after the Super Bowl I decided to clean up (Late, like 0030hrs). Was done w/the dishes & heard dripping🤦🏽‍♀️ Water was leaking under my kitchen sink. It was only on the garbage disposal side...so surely that's what it was. This also happened a month or so after I bought my hm in 2017 (b4 I got AB May, but I did call them, they gave good info, but I decided to buy it myself & had another company install it). Sort of remembering 2017, in my mind, I needed to buy a disposal. I called AB May, made my 2/15 appt & confirmed they'd install what I buy. The lady said yes, but she couldn't give me any prices (the techs do that--the only downside) she was also paitent, as i tried to tighten screws to see if it fixed it. Nope. Anywho wasn't sure of the disposal I wanted, so I bought 2 & would just ask the tech. The tech, Joseph Lopez, was on time, patient, swift & informative. He confirmed it was the disposal, he also confirmed the 5yr life of the Badger 500. I bought that one & a higher powered one (but wasn't sure the lgr one would fit). He explained the differences & the extras needed for the larger one. I decided to stick w/the B5. He said he'd go get 1 from the truck. I told em I had one. He said 'ma'am you have the Gold Warranty Plan...your disposal is included' I was like, so I'm only paying the $75 service fee? He's like, yulp. Well, tickle me pink! B4 he left...it was a long shot, but part of my larger top burner on my stove went out n the Med 1 is super high. Asked him if he had any idea. He did, but suggested I call AB May for an electrician. Told him depending on the cost, unsure if I want to fix it or get a new one. He let me know...that my stove is also covered in my plan🤦🏽‍♀️ So basically I've been cook-struggling since a week before xmas...and all I had to do was call AB May. Guess I need to look at my plan again (it's been awhile)🤣 basically, for me, all appliances except fridge/washer/dryer (which those I bought) are covered. I just love when techs give information, even if it'll make us feel dumb. Lol. I've had AB May, going on...I think 6-7 yrs now. The vip things we forget. **Best money I spend each month, for what they cover. Thanks AB May😁 --------------------------------------- *A/C don't work * On 7/1/23, my AC died. However, i was headed out of town the next morning. I was returning on 7/8/23 & gave them a call, while i was still on the highway, a few hours out. It was during one of our severe heat waves & when I left my hm it was over 100° days prior. I was given a time frame of their arrival & advised when I'd hit town & she noted the file so that they'd arrive around when i did. And he did! The worker was nice, compassionate & worked swiftly. Outside compressor died. Since I'm under their warranty & they put in the new AC system 5/2017, I only paid the normal service fee. I just love how they see my matters as urgent as I do & display genuine care & concern. Their flexibility is just awesome.

    Well, my furnace gave out after 22 long years. The service, sales and installers were all professional and has great customer service skills. There were no high pressure sales, just provided me with options to make a sound decision. I decided to replace both ac/ furnace. The techs were courteous, worked quickly and made sure I understood how everything worked before wrapping up the job. They even sing pretty good.
