The gym experience with the trainers is fantastic! Since Bruce has bought the gym, he has made improvements, brought an amazing energy, and shown us how much he cares! We left prior to him owning but then we came back and won’t leave again 😜❤️🥰🥊

I started going during a challenge a couple of months ago at the invite of a friend, at the end I ended up paying for the full year membership!! Bruce and his training team have truly been a huge part of saving my health, both physical and mental!! They are so good about keeping me in the best workout zone!!! Totally recommend! Love this gym!!

I have seen the gym experience 3 different owners in the last 6 years. The current ownership has brought a vibe and energy unlike I’ve ever seen. Bruce is reasonable, thoughtful, energetic and a whole list of other things!
The gym membership numbers are higher than ever! Folks are excited to workout!
Also, the new renovations to the gym look amazing!

If you are like me and find it difficult to hold yourself accountable and stay motivated, then this is the gym for you! You can get a great workout in thirty minutes and all the exercises are planned out and change each day. The trainers and other gym members are awesome and supportive. There’s definitely a sense of community with everyone cheering each other on. If you’re not sure about joining a gym, give this one a try! You won’t regret it!

What I love about 9Round is you get a great workout in just about 30 minutes. I like how each round has something different and you don't have to think about what to do, so you move along keeping your blood pumping! Punching and kicking are bonus stress relievers! I also like that it's more personal and the trainers are paying attention and encouraging you every step of the way!
