Koltin was friendly and very pleasant to talk with. He explained what he did to diagnose the problem we were having. He was able to replace a thermostat for us that was under warranty. Air Unlimited and through on a moment’s notice for us. Their technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to identify the issues and had them fixed quickly. Do yourself a favor and cancel the home warranty company. Air Unlimited has a VIP program that is hands down better in every way, and it’s much more affordable.

Blake came to my house and fixed my furnace with no problem! He accurately assessed my heating issue over the phone and he was right! He was kind, personable, efficient, and he also educated me on how furnaces work. He is the whole package because he really knows his stuff & is amazing at his job. The price was right too! As always, the technician, Blake, arrived as earlier than scheduled after phone call to be sure it was ok. He checked our air conditioner, hosed out the outside workings and got us up and running in no time. He was fried, efficient, polite and knowledgeable. We love doing business with Air Unlimited.
