Metro Heating and A/C delivered in every sense of the word. From the initial estimate with Kent to the final tests of my new HVAC system, they were compassionate, timely, and professional.
I appreciated Kent’s personal way of approaching my full system upgrade. He built multiple system packages from which I could research and pick. And was always respectful of my questions, budget, and time. “No pressure and no nonsense,” could easily be their company slogan.
Installation was completed over two days with Kent and Mike being consummate professionals who were respectful of my space as well as my curiosities and questions. It was an incredibly pleasant process from Day One.

Service provided on my furnace was exceptional. Installer not only replaced the failed part put took extra time to check out the condition and operation of the entire furnace. I highly recommend this company and will remain my go to service provider for any hvac issues in the future.

During the coldest week of the year 2024 sub zero temperatures my 80 year old mothers heat went out. I called around and finally found someone that would give my mom an appointment sooner than a week that was Metro heating and cooling in liberty Missouri.I live three hours away and not able to get there to look at it. The repair man Kent got there and and spent about two hours with my mom Mary and got her heat going again. Kent spent some time talking to my mom then went to his truck she thought to do some paper work and get her bill but then left. I called the company they said it would be no charge they did not have to do that but they said it was not that much and they were glad to help That's the type of business and public service Kent offers from the company he runs . Mary was ready to pay him and now will only use Metro heating and cooling for anything they work on . Thanks Kent for taking care of my mother when I could not many thanks. Bob. top rated company!
