First, I didn’t expect to use Hamilton as a contractor for my A/C and heat, BUT, they’re estimate came in almost $1,500 less than my previous A/C and heating contractor. It installed today 5/6/24 and I’m thrilled with my new A/C unit! The technicians were very clean and professional. They put tarps over my wood floors before beginning the work, and took all their dust with them when they completed the install. I can finally set my thermostat to 74 and have it reach 74 in my home! Before the install, the unit would run all night when set to 74 and only reach 75. Thank you Hamilton!
I scheduled an A/C tune up on my 5 year old system. He did some checks and gave me an estimate for $3,000 worth of repairs, on sale from $4,000. I sent him on his way and immediately called a friend trained in HVAC. He took one listen to the system and said the motor is fine. We then took the covers off the unit and this is what it looked like after the Hamilton tech had “cleaned” the unit. I’m not impressed.

$79 Drain cleaning and camera in website, just a gimmick to get in your house. know this will make no difference in the world but just wanted to share my experience. I’m doing an addition right above where my main drain is, and wanted to make sure everything was good with that before pouring a patio over top of it. So I figured getting a camera down the drain would be worth the money. Hamilton website says $79 drain cleaning with complimentary camera. I said cool steal of a deal. I called them they said just a camera was 199. I said that’s weird so more work is less money? I said the website says 79 for drain cleaning and camera. Lady said yep that’s right. So I said I would get a drain cleaning. Why not right. Ok scheduled. Then I get a call back on the day of and they said they don’t do clean outs if there’s no problem. I said honestly I just wanted the camera. The man stated that they just don’t do that. I’m just confused at that point so I figure all the flashy numbers and advertising is just a sneaky way to get into your house and then them say oh well this was so much harder than it was and present you with a larger invoice. This will probably get washed away or someone will present some rebuttal that makes it look like they just don’t preform the service I wanted. I just think they are being sneaky. Better not call bob!!
